WasteEng2022: information regarding the conference mode
Although we expect a full in-person participation to WasteEng2022 for everyone, we are nevertheless aware that because of the COVID crisis, it could be challenging for some participants to come to Denmark.
Under this circumstance, a HYBRID PARTICIPATION combining in-person and virtual participations is proposed.
With the details below, you can select your participation mode and the associate rate.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Please be aware of the followings:
- If you register for a virtual participation, you can still decide to switch to a in-person mode later with an extra fee rate of 100€ within the condition of your first registration (early bird, late registration,etc…)
- If you register for the in-person participation, it will not be possible to move to the virtual participation with a refund.
You could still make this change for whatever reasons, but the initial registration fees will be bound by the rate conditions when your registration was first made.

In order to benefit from the student registration fees,
you will be required to send a copy of a valid student card to the conference secretariat.

Important notice
If you choose to pay by credit card, only bank cards offering 3D Secure « Verified by Visa » or « Mastercard SecureCode » authentication can be used to make online payment.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation request must be done by clicking on the « Cancellation » button in your account or sent by email at carte-blanche@wasteeng2022.org.
The following fees will be applied for a registration cancellation or for any additional order cancellation (Euro):
- 15% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between February 25, 2022 and April 26, 2022 included
- 50% of registration fees / additional order for any request received between april 27, 2022 and May 24, 2022 included
- 100% of registration fees / additional order for any request received after May 25, 2022
WasteEng Series will pay all French bank charges linked to the reimbursement of your registration but cannot exclude that additional bank charges may be invoiced to you by other banking intermediaries or exchange fees.
